Robert Fleming, Jr.

Robert Fleming, Jr. serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success and Engagement in the Holmes Cultural Diversity Center. Robert is responsible for leading initiatives and programs that support the leadership development, career readiness, and academic success of students at Mississippi State University.  He also facilitates programming that engages students in high impact practices to enhance their student experience and contribute to their overall success. Prior to joining the Holmes Cultural Diversity Center, Robert served as Program Coordinator of the Student Support Service TRiO program here at MSU.
