Peer Counselor/Ambassador Brochure
The purpose of this program is to assist freshmen and transfer students make a successful transition to university life. This is accomplished through strategic mentoring and programming. The PC/PA program focuses on student access and offers opportunities for building personal connections with faculty and staff, developing strong study skills, and utilizing campus resources.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least two semesters at MSU
- Have at least a 2.5 GA
- Be interested in working with students
- Be in good judicial standing
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with and value a variety of personality types and diverse population
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Ability to work effectively independently and within teams
